Welcome to our sports page. We presently offer basketball and have future plans to add other sports should there be enough interest within the school. Our basketball team is open to both boys and girls in grades 5-6. We play in the Fall and Winter months and we do travel for games.
Meet our Basketball Coach:
Miss Heidi Wallace
Miss Wallace has a son who is a 5th grader at HCCS. She is a long time resident of Hillsboro & attends the Hillsboro Freewill Baptist Church. Heidi enjoys sports and has a great personality that the kids love. When she isn't coaching or helping out at HCCS, she enjoys spending time with her son, hiking, playing sports and spending time outdoors.
We are still scheduling games. As more information is available, it will be posted here. Times sometimes change so please bear with us as we continue to schedule more games.
GAMES:
Usually admission into the games averages $3.00 each for children and $4.00 for each adult. For a family (mother/father/children) it costs around $10.00. There is a concession stand where you can purchase food such as hot dogs, sloppy joes, cookies, pie, etc. Food prices range from .50 each to $2.50 each. Feel free to stop in the office @ HCCS to pick up directions to each game site if you need them.
* * * When games are played in Sinking Springs, it is considered our "Home" location and all monies made from admission and snacks go towards our Athletic Fund.

The HCCS girls won their first game last night(December 8th) against Emmanuel Baptist in Lebanon. The score was 18 to 6. Way to go girls!!
