Meet Mrs. Cox:




                  Teacher's Bio:                   
 
        Mrs. Beverly Cox is married to Darryl Cox,
and they have 2 children and 6 grandchildren. She
 attends the Church of God of Prophecy and has been
 a Hillsboro resident for 30 years. Beverly
 graduated from Wilmington College with a Bachelors
 Degree in Education. She enjoys reading,
 walking & drinking coffee :) .               
      

             



    As you know we are in our third grading period and it is whizzing by.We have learned so much and have so much more to learn.Right now we are working real hard on sight words and word recognition in both reading and math.I encourage you to work with your child each night going over their sight word sheets and their reading books that are kept in their folders.

                                              Upcoming Events


         This month we will be having a Valentines Day Party on Feb.12;which is also our Freaky Friday.We need parents to bring in snacks for a party, and to make a box or container to put their valentines in.Please let me know who will be bringing in snacks for the party.
    On another note,we have the Academic Fair coming up on March4. We will be growing crystals for a class project.More information to come.
